【摘要】 [目的 ]研究男性淋病后尿道炎患者分泌物标本中葡萄球菌的分布 ,并分析葡萄球菌对常用抗生素的药物敏感情况 .[方法 ]采集男性淋病后尿道炎患者尿道分泌物并培养 ,用K B法进行药物敏感试验 .[结果 ]12 6份标本中分离出 93株葡萄球菌 ,它对万古霉素的敏感性最强 ,其次为呋喃坦啶、丁胺卡那霉素、利福平 .[结论 ]男性淋病后尿道炎的病原菌主要是葡萄球菌 ,且大都对万古霉素敏感 ,治疗时宜首选万古霉素更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the distribution of staphylococcus in the secretion of male urethritis after gonorrhea and analyze the condition of drug sensitivity test of staphylococcus for the ordinary use antibiotics. METHODS The urethral secretion of male urethritis after gonorrhea was collected and cultivated and the drug sensitivity test was performed by the K-B method. RESULTS 93 strains of staphylococcus were separated from 126 cases of preparation, and the vancomycin was the strongest sensitivity to staphylococcus and the furadantin, amikacin and rifampicin in turn. CONCLUSION The main pathogenic bacteria of male urethritis after gonorrhea is staphylococcus, and that is sensitive to vancomycin mostly, so that vancomycin should be choiced to treating male urethritis after gonorrhea.更多还原
