【Abstract】 BACKGROUND To study the curative effects of urokinase for the tuberculous and fibrous thoracic hydrops. CASE REPORT Under the regular chemotherapy in 26 cases tuberculous and fibrous thoracic hydrops, 50 thousands unit per day of urokinase were infused into the thoracic cavity. DISCUSSION The quantity of drainage could be increased and pleural thickening can be abated by the treatment of regular chemotherapy with the urokinase infused into the thoracic cavity of tuberculous and fibrous thoracic hydrops.更多还原
