【摘要】 [背景 ]浅谈应用冠状动脉旁路移植术治疗冠状动脉硬化性心脏病的早期效果和经验 .[病例报告 ]3例患者均为男性 ,平均年龄为 5 6岁 ;其中 2例为 3支冠状动脉病变 ,1例为 4支冠状动脉病变 .左室射血分数分别为 3 6% ,65 % ,75 % ;心绞痛病史为 1个月～ 2年 .均在正中开胸 ,低温体外循环下行冠状动脉旁路移植术 ,移植血管全部用自身大隐静脉 .2例搭 3支桥 ,1例搭 4支桥 .3例冠状动脉旁路移植术均取得了良好的临床效果 .术后 3例心绞痛症状均完全消失 ,术后无严重的并发症 ,无手术死亡病例 .[讨论 ]冠状动脉旁路移植术是治疗冠状动脉硬化性心脏病的一种安全有效的方法 ,近期临床效果满意 .更多还原

【Abstract】 BACKGROUND? To retrospectively review the experience and early clinical effects for the treatment of coronary heart disease by the coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). ?CASE REPORT? The CABG was performed in 3 male patients mean age was 56 years in which 2 cases had 3 of coronary vessels disease and the other one had 4 of one. Left ventricular ejection fraction (EF) was 36%, 65% and 75% respectively, and the history of preoperative angina was ranged from 1 month to 2 years. All patients received CABG through middle sternotomy under cardiopulmonary bypass (CPS). The saphenous veins were used in all 3 patients in that 2 cases were got 3 grafts and 1 case was got 4.The CAGB had good clinical effects in all patients. The symptom of angina was disappeared and there had no operative death and no serious complications after the CAGB. ?DISCUSSION ?The CABG is safe and effective way for treatment of coronary heart disease and has satisfactory short-term effects in clinic.更多还原
