高温熔体温度测算仪通讯系统的设计
Communication System for Intelligent Thermometer of Melted Substances
【摘要】 从工业实际出发 ,在高温熔体温度测算仪的基础上 ,选用 80C31提供的串行口 ,设计了通讯接口。TTL电平信号经电平转换芯片 145 4 0 7转换为RS - 2 32C标准电平信号 ,经过数据线与PC机的串行口相连 ,数据通讯采用软件握手的方式。还介绍了MCS - 5 1单片机汇编的发送子程序和用TurboC编制的PC机接收程序 ,接收数据时可选择串行口和波特率
【Abstract】 The communication system is added to the intelligent thermometer for melted substances in order to meet the requirements of industrial process.We used the serial port of 80C31 to communicate with personal computer.TTL voltage signal is transformed into RS-232C normal voltage signal by the chip 145407.Data communication was guaranteed to be correct by use of soft handshaking.The data sending program in the assembler of MCS-51 single chip system and the data receiving program in Turbo C were also described.
