一种用微型惯性测量组合进行三维位置测量的方法
A Method of Three-dimension Position Measurement with Micro Inertial Measurement Unit
【摘要】 研究了微型惯性测量组合的一种新的应用 ,即应用微型惯性测量组合进行三维位置的测量。详细介绍了应用微型惯性测量组合进行三维位置测量的方法 ,给出了陀螺角速度提取、转换矩阵求解、三维位置计算、姿态角求取等具体过程 ,在选取惯性级器件并尽量减小测量时间的情况下可以得到较为满意的结果。该方法在大型复杂工件的在线加工制造、测量标定等方面具有明显的应用前景。
【Abstract】 A new application of micro inertial measurement unit (MIMU) is put forward, namely the three-dimension position measurement with MIMU. In the paper, The method for three-dimension position measurement by MIMU is introduced in detail. Meanwhile, the corresponding algorithms are presented, including the extraction of angle velocity for gyros, the extraction of transition matrix, the calculation for three-dimension position and the solution of attitude angle. It is indicated through experiments that satisfying results can be obtained in this method with inertial measurement components and within a not very long time in measuring. This method has widely applying perspective in the on-line measurement and manufacturing of big complex workpieces.
