【摘要】采取高温固相扩散方法 ,合成了 (CaSr)B6O1 0 :Ce3+、Mn2 +的光致发光材料 .用XRD方法分析了样品的物相 .用荧光光谱仪测出其激发光谱峰值位于 31 5nm、发射光谱峰值位于389nm .2 54nmUV光激发下 ,该样品发射黄光更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, we have synthesized a photoluminescent material of (CaSr)B 6O 10 :Ce 3+ 、Mn 2+ by high temperature solid spread methods. The crystalline product was investigated by means of XRD. It’s excitation spetrnm and emission spectrum shows the corresponding value at 315?nm and 389?nm. The product emit yellow luminescence under the excitation of 254?nm UV light.更多还原
