【Abstract】 Endomorphins(EMs),two tetrapeptides, were discovered in 1997 and believed to be endogenous ligands of μ opioide receptor(MOR). They mediated various physiological processes by binding to MOR that couple with G proteins. Based on our works and literatures, we reviewed the distribution in nerve system, receptor binding properties, analgesis, effects on ion channels, conformation and struction activity relationship of EMs.更多还原
