【摘要】 我国报业市场化进程中政府行为的主客体的双重属性 ,使得政府行为的改革成为报业市场化改革成败的关键。在政府行为的双重属性中 ,客体性是主体性的产物和延伸 ,同时也是主体性的必然要求。政府作为报业市场化进程宏观管理的起动人、组织者和监控方 ,要想更好地承担起其主体任务 ,必须不断突破传统报业体制下形成的政府行为运行机制 ,逐步将政府行为纳入到适应报业市场化变革 ,能充分发挥市场行为作用的轨道中去 ,使报业市场化改革顺利推进。更多还原
