【摘要】 目的 :观察国产盐酸去甲万古霉素眼内注射治疗细菌性眼内炎的效果。方法 :对临床诊断为细菌性眼内炎的 32例病人在局麻或全麻下行前房和 /或玻璃体腔注射盐酸去甲万古霉素 0 8～ 1mg ,每日观察病情变化 ,炎症 48小时无明显控制者 ,再注射丁胺卡那霉素 2 0 0～ 40 0 μg。结果 :32例病人中 31例有效 ,有效率 96 9%。炎症控制后 ,8例行晶状体及玻璃状体切除术 ,6例行晶状体针吸术 ,1例行晶状体囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入术 ,1例行抗青光眼手术。视力提高者 2 5例 ,不变者 7例。不同程度眼球萎缩 5例。结论 :眼内注射国产盐酸去甲万古霉素 0 8～ 1mg是治疗细菌性眼内炎有效而安全可靠的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of intraocular injection of norvancomycin HCl in treating bacterial endophthalmitis.Methods:32 eyes of bacterial endophthalmitis were treated with intraocular injection of norvancomycin HCl 0 8～1mg after local or general anesthesia.If the inflammation was not controlled after 48 hours,amikacin 200～400μg was given intraocularly.Result:Of 32 eyes,in the endophthalmitis was controlled 31 eyes (96 9%).Afterward 8 eyes were treated with lensectomy and vitrectomy,6 eyes with aspiration of cataract,1 eye with extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation,and 1 eye with excision of membranous cataract and trabeculectomy.Visual acuities in 25 eyes improved,while 5 eyes were atrophied in various degrees.Conclusion:Intraocular injection of norvancomycin HCl is safe and effective treatment for bacterial endophthalmitis.更多还原
