【摘要】 目的 :欲研究白内障病人晶状体上皮细胞是否存在DNA损伤及损伤的程度。方法 :用单细胞电泳测定白内障手术中取下的白内障病人晶状体上皮细胞DNA损伤的情况。结果 :11例白内障病人晶状体上皮细胞中有 6例确实存在DNA损伤 ,占 5 4 5 4%。白内障病人晶状体上皮细胞中DNA损伤程度与年龄无关。每例白内障病人晶状体上皮细胞中DNA损伤程度的分布是轻 >中 >重。结论 :白内障的发生与晶状体上皮细胞DNA损伤有关 ,但只是众多诱因之一更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the DNA damage in the lens epithelial cells in cataract patients.Method:Anterior capsules were collected from 11 cataract patients during cataract operation,and DNA damage was detected with single cell gel assay.Results:Of 11 patients,6 patients (54.54%) had DNA damages in lens epithelial cells,and the degree of damage had no relationship with patient’s age.The distribution of the percentage of damaged degree in each patient is minimal>moderate>maximal.Conclusion:DNA damage do exist in lens epithelial cells of cataract patients,but it is only one of the cataractogenesis factors.更多还原
