【摘要】 目的 :观察l-四氢巴马汀 (l-THP)与氯丙嗪 (SPZ)和东莨菪碱 (Scop)合用治疗吗啡成瘾大鼠戒断综合症的作用。方法 :以连续递增剂量方式sc盐酸吗啡 ,建立吗啡依赖大鼠模型 ,单用 (ip)及联合应用 (ip和ig)上述药物 2 0min后 ,用环丙羟丙吗啡 (2mg·kg- 1 ,ip)催瘾。结果 :大鼠ipl-THP(5、10、2 0mg·kg- 1 )、Scop(0 2 5、0 5、1 0mg·kg- 1 )、SPZ(2 5、5 0、15 0mg·kg- 1 )对戒断症状均产生剂量依赖性抑制作用 ,但都不能达到完全抑制。 3药或 2药小剂量合用 ,作用均明显加强 ,而以 3药合用最强 ,症状减轻 97%。结论 :3药小剂量合用可产生较为理想的治疗吗啡戒断综合症的作用 ,有临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effects of a combination of l-tetrahydropalmatine(l-THP),chlorpromazine(CPZ) and scopolamine(Scop) on withdrawal syndromes in morphine-dependent rats.Methods:Rats were administered(sc)with morphine hydrochloride in increasing doses. Then the withdrawal syndromes precipitated by diprenorphine(2mg·kg -1) were observed 20 minutes after above drugs were given(ip or ig).Results:I-THP(5,10,20mg·kg -1),Scop(0.25,0.5,1.0 mg·kg -1) and SPZ(2.5,5,15 mg·kg -1) were able to inhibit the withdrawal syndromes of rats significantly and respectively.But none of them can dispel fully the symptoms.When smaller doses of the three drugs were used in combination, their effects were enhanced and the withdrawal syndromes were almost completely inhibited.Conclusion:A combination of three drugs can produce ideal treatment effects on withdrawal symptoms in morphine-dependent rats.更多还原
