【摘要】 群众渔业作为我国渔业经济的重要组成部分,在远洋渔业开发中担任着重要角色。如何促进群众远洋渔业的持续健康发展,本文从确立群众远洋渔业的重要地位、强化政府的组织引导作用、科学调整群众远洋渔业发展思路、建立灵活高效的生产经营机制、加强远洋船员队伍教育和培训、树立长期作战的思想观念等六个方面,提出一些具有借鉴意义的意见和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Small scale fishery,as a major component of fishery economy,has played an important role in distant fisheries in China. In order to furter promote the sustainable development of small scale fisheries,this paper gives many constructive opinions and suggestions from six aspects,such as establishing the importance of small scale fisheries strengthening the guidance role of the government,adjusting scientifically the thinking of developing small scale fisheries,forming the effective and flexible production and management system,enhancing the education and training on fishing crew and being mentally prepared for working harder and longer,etc.更多还原
