【摘要】 目的　扶正解毒汤 (FJD)防治硫酸镍 (NiSO4 )对大鼠肝线粒体Ca2 + ATP酶及钙调素 (CaM)活性的抑制作用。方法　Wistar大鼠NiSO4 腹腔染毒 ,FJD灌胃防治 ,14d后测定线粒体Ca2 + ATP酶及CaM的活性进行评价。结果　NiSO4 致肝脏Ca2 + ATP酶及CaM活性降低 ,FJD各防治组均有明显恢复。结论　FJD具防治NiSO4 致大鼠肝Ca2 + ATP酶及CaM活性抑制的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the prevention and cure effect of Fu Zheng Jie Du Tang (FJD) on liver tissue injured by nickel sulfate (NiSO 4) in rats. Methods Rats were injected peritoneally with NiSO 4 to make the animal model of nickel poisoning. FJD was used by gastric intubation to cure and protect the liver injury caused by NiSO 4. Results After 14 d of successive administration with FJD, the inhibition of activities of Ca 2+ ATPase and CaM in liver showed rather obvious restoration. Conclusion FJD could effectively prevent and cure the inhibition of liver Ca 2+ ATPase and CaM by NiSO 4 in rats.更多还原
