【摘要】 目的 :研究福辛普利治疗糖尿病微量清蛋白尿的临床疗效及安全性。方法 :12 0例病人随机分为治疗组 60例 ,男性 3 2例 ,女性 2 8例 ,福辛普利片 10mg ,po ,qd ,同时用胰岛素治疗。 60例对照组 ,男性 3 5例 ,女性 2 5例 ,只用胰岛素治疗。 2组疗程均 6mo ,然后维持原治疗方案随访 2a。结果 :治疗组总有效率 77% ,对照组 3 2 % (P <0 .0 1)。 2a随访结果显示 ,治疗组有 6例 (10 % ) ,对照组 15例 (2 5 % )发展为糖尿病肾病 ,2组治疗后肾病发生率差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。未见明显不良反应。结论 :福辛普利是治疗糖尿病微量清蛋白尿安全有效的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of fosinopril in the treatment of microalbuminuria in diabetes mellitus. METHODS: One hundred and twenty diabetes mellitus microalbuminuria patients were divided into two groups. Treatment group of 60 patients (M 32, F 28; age 51 a± s 9 a) was treated with fosinopril 10 mg, po , qd and insulin for 6 mo; control group of 60 patients (M 35, F 25; age 53 a±10 a) was treated with insulin only for 6 mo. Both groups long term follow up was 2 a. RESULTS: The total clinical effective rate was 77 % in treatment group; 32 % in control group. There was very obvious difference between the two groups ( P <0.01). After long term follow up in 2 a, 6 patients were diagnosed diabetes renal disease for treatment group and 15 patients for control group. There was obvious difference between two groups ( P < 0.05 ). There were no adverse reactions. CONCLUSION: Fosinopril is a safe and effective drug for the treatment of microalbuminuria in diabetes mellitus.更多还原
