【摘要】 目的 :观察川芎嗪治疗前后对慢性肝病病人血清TNF a ,IL 8,PC Ⅲ ,HA ,SOD ,LPO的影响。方法 :4 3例慢性肝病病人给予川芎嗪注射液 12 0～2 4 0mg·d- 1,加入 5%葡萄糖注射液或 0 .9%氯化钠注射液 2 50～ 50 0mL中静脉滴注 ,14d为一个疗程 ,用 3个疗程。结果 :治疗后血清TNF a ,IL 8,PC Ⅲ ,HA ,SOD ,LPO和肝功能等项指标均有不同程度的改善。结论 :川芎嗪治疗慢性肝炎是有效和安全的更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To observe the effects on serum TNF a, IL 8,PC Ⅲ, HA,SOD,LPO in chronic hepatosis patients before and after using ligustrazine. METHODS: Forty three patients with chronic hepatosis were given ligustrazine 120-240 mg·d -1 in 5 % glucose injection or 0.9 % sodium chloride injection 250-500 mL iv drip, qd for 14 d, as a course of treatment. There were three courses of treatment. Among them, there was an interval of 5-7 d. RESULTS: The indexs about TNF a, IL 8,PC Ⅲ, HA, SOD, LPO and hepatic function were improved in various degrees. CONCLUSION: Ligustrazine is effective and safe in treatment of chronic hepatosis.更多还原
