【摘要】 目的 :评价洛美沙星注射液治疗细菌性感染的临床疗效和安全性。方法 :急性细菌感染 190例病人 ( 160例随机对照 ,30例开放研究 )分成 2组 ,治疗组 110例 (男性 54例 ,女性 56例 ,年龄 54a±s 11a)用洛美沙星注射液 2 0 0～ 4 0 0mg ,iv ,qd× ( 7～ 10 )d。对照组 80例 (男性 4 5例 ,女性 35例 ,年龄 53a± 10a)用环丙沙星注射液 2 0 0～ 4 0 0mg ,iv ,bid× ( 7～ 10d)。结果 :前者临床有效率为 86% ,细菌清除率为 81% ,后者分别为 80 % ,73% ,2组经统计学处理差异无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5)。洛美沙星注射液的不良反应率为 4 %。结论 :洛美沙星注射液是个安全和有效的抗菌药物更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of lomefloxacin injection in the treatment of acute bacterial infections. METHODS: A total of 190 patients (160 patients in a randomized trial, 30 patients in an open trial) were divided into 2 groups. One hundred and ten patients (M 54,F 56; age 54 a± s 11 a) in treatment group received 200-400 mg,iv,qd for 7-10 d. Eighty patients (M 45,F 35; age 53 a±10 a) in control group received ciprofloxacin 200-400 mg,iv,bid, for 7-10 d. RESULTS: The effective rate and the bacterial clearance rate of the treatment group were 86% and 81% respectively, and that of the control group were 80% and 73% respectively. No significant difference was found between the 2 groups ( P >0.05). The adverse reaction of lomefloxacin was 4%. CONCLUSION: Lomefloxacin is the effective and safe antibacterial in the treatment of bacterial infections.更多还原
