【摘要】 目的 :探讨不同长度体毛的栓塞价值。方法 :对 6只狗 15个脏器随机分为 3组。A组 :用长体毛栓塞肾脏 4个 ,脾脏 1个。B组 :用体毛颗粒栓塞脾脏 3个 ,肾脏 1个 ,肝脏 1个。C组 :用混合体毛栓塞肾脏 5个。每只狗栓塞后饲养 2周处死取标本观察。栓塞前后及处死前分别进行血管造影。结果 :13个脏器栓塞后血管造影有供血减少、血流减慢 ;9个脏器出现造影剂明显分布不均 :长体毛栓塞的 10支动脉干 2周后造影 ,3支出现充盈缺损 ,2支出现狭窄 ,而标本显示 9支动脉干内有血栓形成。 13个标本出现组织坏死 ,2个脏器无明显改变。A组栓塞面积约 40 % ,B组栓塞面积约5 0 % ,C毛组栓塞面积约 70 %。结论 :不同长度的体毛具有不同的动脉栓塞作用。因此 ,可以根据需要选择不同长度的体毛栓塞不同的靶血管。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss embolismic value of the various-length hairs.Methods: Fifteen viscera of six dogs were randomly grouped into A?B?and C(each n=5),and were embolized with long hair?grainy hair?and mixed hair correspondently. Four kidneys and one spleen in group A, three spleens?one kidney and one liver in group B,and five kidneys in group C,were embolized respectively. After being fed for two weeks, the embolized dogs were killed and their samples were observed.In addition,angiography was carried out,before and after embolization, and before the killing of the dogs.Results: After embolization,angiography showed that the flow of blood reduced and slowed down in 13 viscera,and the contrast medium was evidently not well-distributed in 9 viscera.10 arterial trunks were embolized with long hair in group A and C, angiography was carried out two weeks late, which showed the filling defect in 3 and the straitness in 2.Otherwise, their samples showed the thrombosis in 9 arterial trunks. 13 samples of all viscera showed tissue necrosis. There were no obvious changes in 2 viscera. The percentage of embolization area in group A was about 40%.which in group B was about 50% and in group C was about 70%.Conclusion: The various-length hairs have different effect of arterial embolization. So, to embolize varied vasa , it is feasible that the various length hairs were properly chosen according to the conditions.更多还原
