【摘要】 目的 :探讨SPECT对多囊肾诊断价值、对病程发展进行监测 ,以确定有效的治疗时机 ,同时可以对疗效进行观察。方法 :用常规SPECT肾动态显像检测分肾功能 ,对 5 8例临床确诊的多囊肾患者术前检测 ,并对其中的 32例Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期多囊肾患者术后复查 ,对动态图像、清除曲线、肾小球滤过率 (GFR)进行综合分析。结果 :多囊肾图像可见多个放射性减低区 ,曲线可呈多种类型 ,GFR随疾病程度不同而有不同程度的降低 ,GFR随病程不同在手术后也有不同的表现。结论 :肾动态功能显像对了解分肾功能、了解病情进展、对选择有效的治疗时机与治疗方法有很大的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: For investigating the diagnosing value of renal scintigraphy in patients with polycystic kidney.To monitor the extents of disease.To be sure the opportunity of operation and evaluate results.Methods:Using common SPECT renal scintigraphy monitor the split renal function.58 cases polycystic kidney patients were proved by clinical and obtained radionuclide imaging before operation.32 cases of them classified into 3 stages examined after operation.Analyzing and comparing with the results with image and the site of urinary tract obstruction and GFR.Results:Kidney SPECT imaging appeared many low radioactivity spots and decreased with the extents of disease.The site of urinary tract obstruction became flat.The GFR decrease with the stage of disease.Conclusion: The renal scintigraphy is useful to evaluate the split renal function,to classify the stages of disease.It is a good methods and it has great value to select the opportunity of operation and cure methods.更多还原
