【摘要】 目的 :探讨胃嗜酸性肉芽肿 (GEG)的X线鉴别诊断。方法 :回顾性分析 2 5例经病理证实的GEG的X线特点。全部病例采用低张气钡双重上消化道造影检查 ,其中男 14例 ,女 11例 ,平均年龄 5 2 .7岁。结果 :根据龛影的大小、形态及其周围环堤 ,指压迹的有无 ,充盈缺损区内有无龛影等要素 ,提出GEG与胃溃疡、胃癌及胃良性肿瘤的鉴别。结论 :GEG虽无特征性X线表现 ,但结合文内各鉴别要点 ,有望在术前对其做出正确诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the diagnosis and differentiated diagnosis of gastric eosinophnilic granuloma(GEG) by radiology.Method:25 cases of the GEG ascertained pathologically were studied retrospectively.All the patients were checked up with low tonic air barium doubled upper gastrography.Among them,there were 14 male and 11 female with averaged age of 52.7 years.Results:Some valuble different points still could be found in the diameter,the shape,the surrounding ridge,finger impression,and the crater within the filling defect area from those of gastric ulcer,cancer and other benign gastric tumors.Conclusion:Though there is no specific X ray character for the GEG,it is still capable of making the right diagnosis by refering the mainpoints of the disease discussed in this article.更多还原
