【摘要】 目的 :探讨CT对腹部钝伤的诊断价值与限度。方法 :应用CT扫描对 42例腹部钝伤患者进行了检查。结果 :CT扫描发现肾外伤 19例 ,肝外伤 5例 ,脾外伤 19例 ,肠系膜血肿 2例 ,肠穿孔 2例 ,其中有 5例为复合伤。CT扫描能清楚地显示脏器损伤及腹腔出血的程度和范围。结论 :CT能迅速、准确地检出腹腔脏器损伤 ,为临床选择治疗方法提供重要依据更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the evaluation and limitation of CT scan in diagnosing blunt abdominal visceral trauma.[WT5”HZ]Methods[WT5”BZ]:42 cases of blunt abdominal visceral trauma were scanned by CT.[WT5”HZ]Results[WT5”BZ]:In 42 cases,19,5,19,2,2,5 cases were kidney trauma,liver trauma,spleen trauma,mesentery hematoma,intestinal perforation,multiple visceral trauma respectively to CT scan which could clearly show degress scopes in visceral injury and bleeding.Conclusion:CT scan can diagnosis blunt visceral trauma quickly,accurately,and be important selecting therapeutic strategics.更多还原
