【摘要】 目的　研究载脂蛋白E多态性与缺血性中风发病之间的相关性。方法　采用夹心ELISA法进行ApoE定量、应用多聚酶链反应 (poly -merasechainreactionPCR)和限制性片断长度多态性方法分析 (RestriationfragmentlengthPolymorphism ,RFLP)检测 5 1例缺血性中风患者者及 5 0例正常健康体检者的载脂蛋白E的基因型。结果　缺血性中风患者中携带ε4 等位基因的百分数及ε2 /4、ε3/4基因型百分数高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　载脂蛋白E基因多态性对缺血性中风的发病有影响更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between apoli poprotein E polymorphism and ischemic stroke.Methord serum apoE concentration were measured by ELISA,apoEpolymorphism was identified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR)and restriction fragment length polymophism(RELP) from 51 subjects with ischemic stroke and 50 control group (healthy physical examinee).Result The frequency of genotype ε 4. ε2/4 andε3/4 in the ischemic stroke group was significantly higher than that in the control group(p<0.05)Conclusion ApoEpolymorphism may contribute to the development of ischemic stroke.更多还原
