【摘要】 目的观察封闭疗法治疗慢性单纯性耳炎的疗效。方法用地塞米松、普鲁卡因混合液于迎香穴、鼻通穴进行穴位封闭治疗慢性单纯性鼻炎。将所有病例分为三组进行分析。一组为封闭治疗组（Ｉ）；一组为封闭加药物治疗组（Ⅱ）；一组为药物治疗组（Ⅲ）。结果发现Ⅰ、Ⅱ组疗效明显优于Ⅲ组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。而Ⅰ、Ⅱ组之间疗效却未发现显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论穴位封闭治疗在慢性单纯性鼻炎治疗中有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To elucidate the effect of injection of procaine and dexamethasone into bilateral Yingxiang and Bitong point in treating chronic simple rhinitis. Methods Patients were divided into 3 groups. Group I only received acupuncture point blockade remedies. Group used point blockade plus rourine remedies. Group Ⅲ only received routione remedies. Results The efficacy of Group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were obviously superior than Group Ⅲ (P<0. 01), but no significant difference existed between Group I and Ⅱ (P> 0. 05).
