【摘要】 目的:观察正泰颗粒剂治疗癫痫的疗效,并探讨其作用机制。方法:正泰颗粒剂治疗76例癫痫,其中属全身强直-阵挛发作56例,失神发作20例。对照组30例,分别应用苯巴比妥、丙戊酸钠治疗。动物实验观察正泰颗粒剂对小鼠自主活动的影响及对中枢兴奋剂的拮抗作用。结果:治疗组总显效率59.21%,总有效率88.16%。对照组分别为36.67%、76.67%。两组总显效率之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。实验研究表明,正泰颗粒剂具有明显的抑制小鼠自主活动作用,可显著延长给予致痉药后至惊厥发作的间隔时间。结论:正泰颗粒剂具有良好的镇静与抗惊厥作用,临床疗效明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect and mechanism of Zhengtai Granule (ZTG) in treating epilepsy. Methods: 106 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups, the 76 cases in Group A treated with ZTG and the 30 cases in Group B treated with phenobarbial or valproate. The experimental study observed the effects of ZTG in rats artonomous activity and antagonistic action for central stimulant. Results:The total effective rate in Group A and Group B was 88.16% and 76.67% respectively. The markedly effective rate was 59.21% and 36.67% respectively. There was significant difference among the markedly effective rate in the two groups (P<0.05). The experimental study showed ZTG could obviously reduce the rats autonomous activith and prolong the interval of eclampsia caused by convulsivant.Conclusion: ZTG has the better effects of sedation and anti-eclampsia.更多还原
