【摘要】 目的　探讨下腔静脉后输尿管的诊治方法。方法　对 2 3例下腔静脉后输尿管诊治进行回顾性总结。 2 3例均行B超初查 ,15例经静脉尿路造影 (IUP)结合CT确诊。 8例行肾穿刺造影结合CT确诊。结果　 2例行肾切除 ,2 0例行输尿管复位术疗效满意。 1例未手术。结论　下腔静脉后输尿管可经B超初查 ,结合IUP、CT、肾穿刺造影及逆行尿路造影确诊 ,治疗应依据肾功能及下腔静脉后输尿管通畅程度行肾切除、输尿管复位术或密切随访。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the measurs of diagnosis and treatment of ureter behind inferior vena cava.Methods The clinical data of 23 cases of ureter behind inferior vena cava were retrospectively analyzed.All of 23 patients were examined initially with B-ultrasonography,then the diagnosis wee confirmed with intravenous urography(IVP) and CT scanning in 15 cases and percutaneous renopuncture pyelography in 8 cases.Results The therapeutic effects of ureter reduction in 20 patients were satisfactory.Nephrectomy in 2 patients were carried out,and conservative treatment and closely following-up were kept in 1 patient without symptom and with good renal function.Conclusions Ureter behind inferior vena cava could be examined initally with B-ultrasonoegraphy and confirmed the diagnosis with IVP,CT and retrograde urography.With nephrectomy, ureter reduction or conservative treatment for the disease depends on the renal function and unobstructed degrees of patients.更多还原
