【摘要】 目的　探讨润肺镇咳膏对实验动物的局部毒性。方法　急性毒性实验采取小鼠灌胃给药途径一次用药 ,连续观察 14d内的毒性反应。将润肺镇咳膏涂敷于实验动物的完整和破损皮肤上 ,2 4h后观察其局部刺激作用、过敏反应和急性皮肤毒性 ,并与正常对照组相比较。结果　润肺镇咳膏小鼠灌胃急性中毒表现为兴奋、惊厥、死亡 ,LD50 为 7.95± 1.2 8g·kg-1。大剂量组小鼠体重略有减轻 ,恢复较迟。局部皮肤刺激轻微 ,未见皮肤过敏和急性毒性作用。病理学检查未见明显改变。结论　润肺镇咳膏是一种较安全的外用剂型更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the local toxicity of Runfeizhenke emplastrum(润肺镇咳膏) on the experimental animals.Methods The acute toxic test was used by ig a single administrations and observed toxicity to the mice for 14 days constantly. The complet and damaged skin of the experimental animals were covered with Runfeizhenke emplastrum for 24 hours. Then local stimulating effect, allergy and acute toxicity of skin were observed, and compared with normal control groups.Results In the acute toxic test,some mice appeared stimulation, covculsion or died becaus of acute poisoning in a short time after the administeration of Runfeizhenke emplastrum .The LD 50 was 7.95±1.28?g·kg -1 . Exposured to the completed and damaged skin, the body weight of rats in large dose group reduced slightly and its recovery delayed.The local stimulating of the skin was slight,there isn’t anaphylaxis and acute toxic response. Pathological examination was normal in general.Conclusion Runfeizhenke emplastrum is a safe preparation for external use.更多还原
