制造系统的可重构布局设计
RECONFIGURABLE LAYOUT DESIGN OF MANUFACTURING SYSTEMS
【摘要】 研究重构系统的新布局具有重要的理论与实际意义 .本文讨论了制造系统可重构布局研究的目标、对象、基础及研究范畴 ,提出了利用模拟退火方法寻找重构布局最优解的搜索算法 .仿真实验验证了算法的有效性
【Abstract】 It is very important to study the new layout of Reconfigurable Manufacturing Systems(RMSs). In this paper, the objective, component, basement and content of reconfigurable layout design of manufacturing system are discussed in detail. An algorithm using Simulation Annealing is also proposed to find the optimal layout of RMSs. Simulation research testifies the effectiveness of the algorithm.
