【Abstract】 Problems haunting on automatic process of telecom service worksheets are mainly caused by the high frequency of new services, diversity kinds of switches and their high frequent upgrade of software,etc. We put forward a distributed processing system of telecom service worksheets by analysing the interface characteristics of diverse switches, demands and process methods of telecom services, and summarizing our prevenient system.
