【摘要】 目的 :探讨康复运动对老年高血压左心功能的影响。方法 :选择 、 级高血压病人 40例 ,随机分为 A组(药物治疗组 )、B组 (药物 +运动组 )。A组口服苯那普利 ,B组口服苯那普利同时进行康复有氧运动 ,3个月后行彩色超声心动图复查。结果 :两组病人接受 3个月治疗后 ,心功能及血压都有改善 ,但 B组病人心功能改善明显优于单一药物治疗组 ,其左室内径缩短率及射血分数 ,每搏量均比治疗前显著增加 (P<0 .0 1,0 .0 1,0 .0 5 )。结论 :康复运动不仅有降低高血压病人血压的作用 ,且对轻度心功能不全者还有增强心功能的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the change of left heart function after rehabilitation exercise therapy in aged patients with hypertension. Methods:Forty aged patients with hypertension(stage 1?2) were equally divided into A group (drug therapy) and B group (drug therapy + rehabilitation exercise) randomly. Echocardiogram examinations were executed after 3 months.Results:Left heart function of all 40 patients increased, but that of B group patients significantly increased when compared with A group patients. Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)?left ventricular internal diameter shorting fraction(FS)?stroke volume(SV) of B group patients significant increased after 3 months( P <0 01,0 01,0 05 respective).Conclusion:Exercise rehabilitation therapy may significantly increase left heart function for patients with mild left heart dysfunction.更多还原
