【摘要】 目的 :探讨原发性高血压 (EH)心律失常的预测因素。方法 :采用超声心动图和动态心电图观察 EH患者 15 2例 ,按左室肥厚、左房增大、心肌缺血、年龄、病程分类 ,并比较各类与心律失常关系。结果 :1EH左室肥厚组室性心律失常发生率高于左室正常组 ,尤其是 L own3级以上更为显著 (P<0 .0 1) ;2左房增大组阵发性房速或房颤发生率高于左房正常组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;3心肌缺血组易导致严重室性心律失常 ;4年龄大及病程长易发生室性心律失常 ,尤其是严重室性心律失常。结论 :左室肥厚、左房增大、心肌缺血、左室舒张功能减退是 EH心律失常的预测因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the predictor of cardiac arrythmia for essential hypertension(EH).Methods:One hundred and fifty\|five EH patients received observation of Holter electrocardiogram and echocardiogram.Results:① The incidence of ventricular arrhythmia(VA) in EH patients with LVH group was higher than that in normal group;② The incidence of paroxysmal atrial tachycardia or atrial fibrillation in left atrial enlargement group were higher than normal group;③ The serious VA occurred easily in myocardial ischemia group;④ The incidence of VA was significantly higher in patients of older and long\|term of illness,especially with malignant VA.Conclusion:Left ventricular hypertrophy、myocardial ischemia、left atrial enlargement and the reduction of left ventricular function can be the predictor of the cardiac arrhythmia for EH.更多还原
