【摘要】 目的　进一步评价日本血吸虫虫卵组分抗原 (10 7～ 12 1k Da)酶联免疫吸附试验 (FA-EL ISA)试剂盒的近期 (治愈后 2、4个月 )疗效考核价值。方法　非感染季节现场筛选粪阳病人 6 1例 ,分别在吡喹酮治疗前及治疗后 2、4个月做加藤氏法粪检和 FA- EL ISA、SEA- EL ISA,配对比较不同感染度病人阴转率。结果　治疗前 FA- EL ISA的检出率为 93.44 % ,SEA- EL ISA为 98.36 % ;治愈后 2个月和 4个月病人 FA- EL ISA的阴转率分别为 40 .35 %和 5 4.38% ,SEA- EL ISA则为1.6 7%和 3.33% ,两种方法间差异非常显著。 FA- EL ISA对重感染病人 (EPG>10 0 )的阴转率分别为 2 2 .2 % (2 / 9)和 33.3% (3/ 9) ,显著低于轻感染者。结论　 FA- EL ISA短程抗体诊断试剂盒对治愈后 2个月、4个月者同样有较高疗效考核价值 ,而病人的感染度似可影响阴转率更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective o f Turther evaluate the chemotherapeutic efficacy in short period (2 months and 4 months) after schistosomiasis treatment by fraction antigen (107～121kDa) ELISA (FA ELISA) diagnostic kit for detecting short term antibody. [WT5”HZ]Methods [WT5”BZ]Sixty one of positive cases of schistosomiasis by Kato Katz faeces technique from two endemic villages in Jiangxi were treated with praziquental in uninfection season, then detected again by Kato Katz faeces technique at 2 months and 4 months post treatment, and tested by FA ELISA and routine SEA ELISA before and after treatment, comparing the positive and negative rates between the two assays. [WT5”HZ]Results [WT5”BZ]The positive rate of 61 cases before treatment with FA ELISA was 93.44%,98 36% with SEA ELISA At 2 months and 4 months after treatment the reverse negative rates were 40 35% and 54 38% with FA ELISA, were 1 67% and 3 33% with SEA ELISA respectively. There was significant difference between the two assays. The reverse negative rates in heavy infection cases (EPG>100) were 22 2%(2/9) and 33 3%(3/9) respectively with FA ELISA. It was much lower than that in light infection cases. [WT5”HZ]Conclusion [WT5”BZ]The FA ELISA has high value in evaluation of chemotherapeutic efficacy in short period after schistosomiasis treatment.
