【Abstract】  According to the analysis of the international situation faced by financial industry of China this article proposes the view that miscellaneous operation is a trend of the development of Chinese financial industry． Then it analyzes the necessities of Chinese present specialized operation system and argues that the transition from specialized operation to miscellaneous operation requires a progressive improvement of institution legislature human resources etc． Finally the author proposes some practical and supervising measures on how to develop miscellaneous operation．更多还原
