硫酸高铈催化合成柠檬酸三丁酯的研究
Study on the Synthesis of Tributyl Citrate with Ce（SO4）2 as Catalyst
【摘要】 本文采用硫酸高铈催化柠檬酸和正丁醇酯化合成柠檬酸三丁酯 ,经正交实验确定最佳合成条件为 :柠檬酸用量为 0 .0 5 mol,正丁醇 5 0 m L ,硫酸高铈 0 .6 g,反应时间为 2 h
【Abstract】 The catalytic activity of ceric sulfate for esterification reaction between citric acid and n butyl alcohol was investigated by using orthogonal experiment method.The optimal synthesis conditions were found to be that when citric acid was taken by 0.05mol,the amount of ceric sulfate and n butyl alcohol was 0.6g and 50mL respectively,and the reaction time was 2h.
