【Abstract】 With the Na 2O% and SiO 2% decreasing and Al 2O 3% increasing,the generation of RE xO y in molten flux can be reduced.The ability of RE xO y dissolving can be improved by adding B 2O 3 composite as solvent.A plant trial with improved flux was carried out.It has contributed good performance and surface quality,sticking break was free.Compared with 6.3% RE xO y content and 97% crystallization in molten flux tested using other flux,RE xO y content and glass phase were 3.8% and 99% respectively.更多还原
