稀土处理钢保护渣的研究与应用
Research and Application of Mold Flux for Steels Treated with Rare Earth
【摘要】 减少保护渣中的 Na2 O、Si O2 而增加 Al2 O3,以减少 REx Oy 的产生 ;增加 B2 O3组元作助熔剂 ,并且提高溶解 REx Oy的能力。试验结果表明 ,浇铸 0 9Cu PTi RE钢保护渣使用状况良好 ,铸坯表面无纵裂纹等缺陷 ,没有发生漏钢事故 ;熔渣中 REx Oy 含量 3.4% ,99%为玻璃相
【Abstract】 With the Na 2O% and SiO 2% decreasing and Al 2O 3% increasing,the generation of RE xO y in molten flux can be reduced.The ability of RE xO y dissolving can be improved by adding B 2O 3 composite as solvent.A plant trial with improved flux was carried out.It has contributed good performance and surface quality,sticking break was free.Compared with 6.3% RE xO y content and 97% crystallization in molten flux tested using other flux,RE xO y content and glass phase were 3.8% and 99% respectively.
