微波合成在稀土荧光材料制备中的应用
Application of Microwave Reaction in Preparation of Rare Earth Fluorescence Complex Materials
【摘要】 利用微波合成的方法制备稀土荧光材料 ,研究了不同引发剂小分子的种类、加入量及微波辐照时间对微波反应的进行和材料荧光性能的影响。结果表明 ,在稀土荧光材料的制备中 ,微波合成的方法是一个很有发展前途的方法。
【Abstract】 The application of synthesizing rare earht fluorescence complex materials was studied by using microwave heating way. The results indicate that the microwave heating way is a good method for preparation of rare earth fluowescence complex materials. For preparation of the Tb o aminobenzoate complex, the optimal initiator is water. As a reactant, Tb(OAC) 3 is better than Tb(OH) 3 because Tb(OH) 3 is insoluble in water. When total amount of reactants was 1 g, the optimal adding amount of water (inducing reagent) was 40 μl and the optimal microwave irradiation time was 4 min.
