976nm激发下Tm3+/Yb3+共掺TiBa玻璃微球上转换发光的形貌共振
Morphology-Dependent Resonances in Upconversion Luminescence of a Tm3+ /Yb3+ -Codoped TiBa Glass Microsphere Under 976 nm Excitation
【摘要】 制备了Tm3+ /Yb3+ 共掺高折射率TiBa玻璃微球 ,玻璃基材主要成分为 :TiO2 ,BaCO3和SiO2 ,稀土 (% ,摩尔分数 )掺杂 0 5Tm2 O3和 3Yb2 O3。用 976nm激光激发测量了它们的上转换蓝光发射。利用光学微腔理论讨论了玻璃微球荧光光谱中的形貌共振 ,并用Mie理论公式对共振峰间隔进行了计算 ,实验结果与计算结果相符。
【Abstract】 The TiBa glass microspheres co doped with Tm 3+ /Yb 3+ for morphology dependent resonances of up conversion emission were designed. The glass sam ple components are TiO 2 BaCO 3 Ba (NO 3 ) 2 ZnO 2 Ca CO 3 H 3BO 3 SiO 2 water glass (mass fraction, % ),and 0. 5% (mole fraction ) Tm 2O 3+3% (mole frac tion) Yb 2O 3. The emission spectra of TiBa glass and a TiBa glass microsphere (about 30 μm in diameter)were measured under 976 nm excitation and dis cussed. It proves that the blue upconversion lumines cences to be from 1G 4→ 3H 6 (about 480 nm) due to three photon absorption. The strong morphology de pendent resonances of up conversion luminescences in the microsphere (ahout 30 μm in diameter) were ob served. The observed resonances can be assigned by using the well known Lorenz Mie formalism.
