钴在HDDR各向异性NdFeB中的作用
Effect of Cobalt on HDDR Anisotropy NdFeB
【摘要】 究了钴对HDDR各向异性NdFeB的磁性能和各向异性的影响 ,发现钴有利于得到高矫顽力的各向异性NdFeB磁粉。组织分析表明 ,钴择优进入合金初始组织的富钕相 ,其次进入Nd2 Fe1 4 B相 ,改变了它们在氢气中的稳定性 ,影响了HDDR相变的动力学过程 ,使得材料既具有较高的矫顽力 ,又有利于各向异性的形成。
【Abstract】 The effect of Co on the magnetic property and anisotropy for HDDR anisotropy NdFeB was studied. It is found that the Co element is helpful to prepare high coercive anisotropy NdFeB. The research on initial microstructure for NdFeB alloy indicates that Co prefers to enter into the crystal lattice of Nd rich phase and parts of Co also enter into the crystal lattice of Nd 2Fe 14 B. The above behavior changes the stability of Nd rich phase and Nd 2Fe 14 B in H 2 atmosphere and affects the kinetics of HDDR phase transformation. As a result, the NdFeB powder possesses a high coercive force and a strong anisotropy.
