【Abstract】 This paper amplifies the existence of fuzzy uncertain factors in ocean engineering structure and the necessity to consider them in the analysis and design of structure. Fuzziness can also bring the reliability problems of structure. The reliability of structure, namely the fuzzy random reliability or the generalized reliability, should be the results of the two uncertain factors: randomicity and fuzziness.更多还原
