【摘要】 根据制造企业准时生产 (Just In Time,JIT)理论的生产管理需求 ,通过一种面向准时生产的、含生产滞后期的缩进嵌套 BOM档将主生产计划 (MPS)和零件订购计划 (MRP)紧密结合起来 ,建立了基于JIT的两者的数学模型 ,实现从产品需求、产品生产、零件装配、零件请购到零件到货的准时计算 ,避免了传统的基于 JIT的 MPS或 MRP的单独讨论。运用该模型可以实现在满足生产需求和经济订货批量的条件下 ,最大程度地推迟零件订购日期和降低零件库资金的占用更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the theory of JIT(just in time) for manufacturing industries, this paper puts forward a JIT oriented mathematical model for MPS and MRP which differ from the traditional discussion of MPS and JIT or MRP and JIT repectively, and the time of products requirement, products producing, parts’ assembly, parts purchasing and parts arriving are calculated out exactly by this model. A JIT oriented BOM constructing method is also presented which parts’ retarded days is considered. Such a model can postpone the ordering date as much as possible and minimize the capital of parts’ inventory costs under the conditions of meeting the market requirement and economic order quantity. This model is based on a case study of a management system of one air compressor factory in Beijing, and it is a useful reference for relative application development更多还原
