船舶配件存储分析与决策支持系统设计
Analysis of Watercraft Fittings Stock Management and Design of Decision Support System
【摘要】 分析水运企业船舶配件的需求特点 ,建立具有代表性的随机型存贮模型 ,以损失期望值的大小作为衡量存贮策略优劣的标准 ,从而定出最低库存量 I和最佳库存量 S;并讨论了配件需求概率的预测方法。叙述船舶配件存储决策支持系统 FSDSS系统设计。提出前趋模型的概念 ,重点讨论了模型库的组织与存储
【Abstract】 In this paper, the request characteristic of watercraft fittings in water transport enterprise is analyzed statistically. The representative random storage model is built, and it is measured by the expenses’ expectation value, thus the optimal stock quantity ( S ) and the lowest stock quantity ( I ) are obtained. The forecast methods about the request probability of fitting are discussed. The design of the watercraft fittings storage decision support system(FSDSS) is given. The conception of anterior model is put forward, and the special emphasis to composition and memory of model base is given.
