【摘要】 当前医院存在兼业经营现象。由于信息不对称 ,委托人 (病人 )自始至终无法也没有激励机制去监督代理人 (医生 )行为。而医院兼营药品的生产、销售这一制度安排则使本就缺乏监督的代理人基于经济利益的考虑而作出违背委托人利益的行为———高价医药。因此 ,医院的兼业经营制度有损消费者福利和社会经济福利。而改革的方向应是提高医疗服务收费 ,同时应当采取有效措施降低药品的价格更多还原

【Abstract】 There’s a principal and agent relationship between the doctor and the patient.Because of the asymmetric information problem,the principal (patient) is unable and without incentive to supervise the agent ’s (doctor’s) activities from begiming to end. While the current institution that the hospital can concurrently operate medicine sale and even medicine production makes the above problem even worse-the doctor has more incentive to go against the interests of the patient,that’s to say high medical expense.Therefore this institution infringes upon the welfare of the consumer and the welfare of the social economic. So the author suggests that reform on the hospital operating institution is necessary.更多还原
