【摘要】 为研究 IL- 6水平与新生儿宫内或产时感染所致败血症之间的关系。应用ELISA双夹心法检测了 72例脐血清 ,其中正常 5 2例 ,败血症 2 0例。结果显示 :正常脐血组 IL- 6 :中位数 0 .0 2 4ng/ml(范围≤ 0 .0 2 2 1～ 0 .0 5 31 ng/ml) ;败血症组 :中位数 :0 .1 730 ng/ml(范围 0 .0 2 6 6 0～ 1 .2 5 89ng/ml)。经秩和检验 ,P<0 .0 0 0 5 (单侧 )。结论　提示脐血 IL - 6水平与新生儿败血症的发生有一定关系 ,IL - 6可作为新生儿败血症的早期诊断指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate serum levels of interleukin-6 in neonatal sepsis as a contribution to the early diagnosis of infection, The authers prospectively determined serum levers of interleukin-6 in cord blood by using ELISA. The results showed that interleukin-6 were significantiy higher in neonatal spesis group (n=20, median: 0.1730ng/ml, range:0.0266.~1.2589ng/ml) than in normal control group (n=52, median:0.0244ng/ml, range:0.0211~0.0531ng/ml). it was concluded that serum levels of interleukin-6 in cord blood can be used as a marker of neonatal sepsis.更多还原
