【Abstract】 Under the market economy, being concerned with income distribution is economic implementing modality of proprietorship or appropriation of productive factors. The public ownership of produce datum of socialism decides that it is reasonable to distribute according to productive factors.The distribution according to work and distribution according to productive factors will coexist for quite a time.They must effect side by side in distributing system and complement each other.
