我国草菇生产现状及四川草菇发展面临的问题
The present situation, main problems and trend of development for Voluariolla volvacea production in China
【摘要】 对我国草菇生产现状及四川草菇发展趋势和面临问题进行了探讨。并介绍了我国草菇生产的资源利用、地理分布、栽培模式以及发展趋势等内容 ,提出我国草菇生产要做到继续稳定总产量的基础上更注重质量 ;在发展传统生产模式同步发展工厂化栽培模式 ;进一步开拓国内外市场 ;并加大对草菇的科研力度
【Abstract】 The present situation, main problem and trend of development for V volvacea production are discussed.The natural resources, geographical distribution and cultural method for V volvacea in China are also introduced. Four viewpoints are discussed as followings:(ⅰ) keeping the total output, and paying more attention for the quality; (ⅱ)developing both the traditional method and industrial production method; (ⅲ)Opening up the market of V. volvacea ; (ⅳ)strengthening the science research work for the V.volvacea.
