原生质体融合技术在食用菌育种上的应用研究进展
Advances in research on application of protoplast fusion technique in mushroom breeding
【摘要】 本文报道食用菌原生质体融合技术在育种上的特点 ,国内研究动态、进展及发展趋势 ,分析了原生质体融合菌株难以形成子实体的问题。四川省农科院攻克了融合菌株难以形成子实体的世界性难题 ,选育出科间融合新品种“金凤 2 - 1”在生产上应用 ,并产生显著社会经济效益 ,处于世界先进研究水平。原生质体融合育种研究理论上将向融合子菌株形成子实体的遗传机制、基因调控机理纵深方向探讨 ;技术上将广泛应用现代分子生物学技术鉴别融合子 ;育种将向目间、纲间等远缘融合方向迈进
【Abstract】 Protoplast fusion technique in mushroom breeding had obvious feature,compared with mutation breeding,cross breeding and natural breeding.It could get new variety through overcoming the obstacle of sex factor and make distance hybrid into reality.In the past 20 years,the protoplast fusion between varieties,species and genus were completed,but there was only one report about the family fusion in mushroom in Japan,and no fruiting body was developed from the fusant.Sichuan academy of agricultural sciences led in the world for solving the problem of no fruiting body development from the fusant,and got the first family fusion variety Jinfeng 2 1.The genetic mechanism,fruiting body development and gene regulation will be the first work in the protoplast fusion research field in the following years.Modern biotechnology will be widely used in fusant distinguish.
