用农杆菌共培养法将雄性不育基因导入水稻的研究
A study on the transferring engineered male sterile gene into rice via Agrobacterium Tumeiens co-cultivation
【摘要】 利用农杆菌共培养法将雄性不育基因 (TA2 9 Barnase)导入水稻品种日本晴的胚性愈伤。通过 50~ 150mg/L卡那霉素筛选 ,从 50 0个胚性愈伤中获得 16个筛选愈伤团 ,并分化出了3株绿苗。经PCR扩增分析 ,16个筛选愈伤团中有 7个呈阳性 ;3株绿苗全部呈阳性
【Abstract】 The male sterile gene-TA29-Barnase was introduced into rice embryo calli by Agrobaterium tumefaciens transformation.Resistant calli were selected on Kan(50 to 150 mg/l)medium,Three green plants were generated from sixteen resistant calli derived from 500 embryo calli and calli and plants are analysed by PCR.
