【摘要】 目的探讨桡神经损伤外科修复的疗效。方法对 4 1例桡神经损伤采用外科治疗 ,其中手法复位加外固定 1 7例、神经吻合 1 2例、神经松解 5例、神经移植修复 6例和肌腱转移 1例。结果经 1 -4年随访 ,痊愈 36例 ( 87.80 % ) ,好转 4例 ( 9.76% ) ,无效 1例 ( 2 .4 4% )。结论早期诊断和选择恰当的治疗方法是提高桡神经损伤疗效的关键更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore clinical curative effect of surgical repair of injured radial nerve.Method 41 cases with injured radial nerve had received surgical therapy-reduction and external fixation in 17 cases,nerve anastomosis in 12,neurolysis in 5,nerve grafting in 6 and tendon transfer in 1.Result Through the follow up for 1 to 4 years,the curative effects were assessed as follows:excellent in 36 cases (87.80%),fair in 4 (9.76%) and poor in 1 (2.44%).Conclusion The key to enhance curative effect are early diagnosis and optimal choosing of therapy for injured radial nerve.更多还原
