TRH在蓝斑复合核对血压和心率的影响及其机制
Effects of TRH at Locus Caeruleus Complex Area on Blood Pressure and Heart Rate and Its Mechanism
【摘要】 目的探讨促甲状腺素释放激素 (TRH)在蓝斑复合核对血压和心率的影响及机制。方法采用脑内核团微量注射法 ,在乌拉坦静脉麻醉、制动、人工通气的 33只家兔上观察。结果TRH注入蓝斑复合核可引起明显的血压升高和心率加快。在延髓孤束核分别注射α1或 β受体阻断剂后 ,均能拮抗TRH在蓝斑复合核的心血管效应。结论TRH在家兔蓝斑复合核具有明显兴奋心血管活动的作用 ,其机制可能是通过激活延髓孤束核区的α1和 β受体实现的
【Abstract】 Objective To research the effect of TRH at locus caeruleus complex area (Lc Sc) on blood pressure and heart rate and its mechanism.Methods The experiments were carried out on 33 anaesthetized,paralyzed and artificially ventilated rabbits.Intranuclear microinjection was adopted in this experiment.Results It was found microinjection of TRH into Lc Sc induced a marked elevation of blood pressure and increased in heart rate.The above mentioned effects of TRH could be blocked by preinjection α 1 or β receptor antagonist in the nucleus tractus solitarii(NTS).Conclusion TRH can excite cardiovascular activities in the Lc Sc and this effects may be mediated by α 1 or β receptors in NTS.
