【摘要】 目的研究夹竹桃水提物的灭螺活性。方法测试水提物作用后钉螺的死亡率 ,用直线回归法进行量效和时效分析。结果夹竹桃水提物灭螺的量效和时效关系分别为Y =95.4 378D -91 .2 4 78和Y=2 1 .32T -3.96,pH从 5.5到 8.5的范围内其活性随 pH上升略有下降 ,室内贮存 1年及 1 0 0℃加热 2h其活性基本不变。结论夹竹桃水提物具有很强的灭螺活性更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the activity of water extract of Nerium indicum Mill.against Oncomelania hupensis.Methods The snail mortality was calculated,and the dose effect and time effect were gained by regression analysis.Results The dose effect and time effect could be expressed by Y=95.4378D-91.2478 and Y=21.32T-3.96 respectively.The activity will decrease slightly with the rising of pH in pH conditions ranging from 5.5 to 8.5.Besides,the activity will not decrease after one year store or boiled at 100℃ for 2h.Conclusion The water extract of Nerium indicum Mill.has strong activity against Oncomelania hupensis.更多还原
