【Abstract】 Objective:To search for a protocol for synthesis of tripeptide.Metheds:Dicarbonyldichloride method was used to synthesize tripeptides.Results:Five kinds of tripeptides were successfully synthesized and identified by mass spectrometry,infrared spectrum,nuclear magnetic resonance and element analysis respectively.Conclusion:The protocol developed by author is useful and suitable for synthesis of tripeptides from acidic aminoacids.更多还原
