试剂5-(溴吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基酚与钌(Ⅲ)的显色反应研究
Study on Color Reaction of Ruthenium with 5-Br-PADAP
【摘要】 研究了 5- (溴吡啶偶氮 ) - 5-二乙氨基酚与钌 (Ⅲ )的显色反应 .在pH =6.5的醋酸 -醋酸盐缓冲溶液中 ,形成了配位比为 1∶1的深红色二元配合物 .λmax=554nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数为ε=6.0 2×1 0 4 L mol·cm .
【Abstract】 The color reaction of Ruthenium(Ⅲ)with 5-Br-PADAP was studied.At pH6.5 acetate buffer medium,the garnet binary complex aws found to form.It’s molar rate was detected as Ru(Ⅲ):5-Br-PADAP=1∶1,λ max =554nm,ε=6.02×10 4L/mol·cm.
